It's official, I have a grown-up daughter! Addie is no longer a teenager! Addie is so delightful! She is a joy to be around and is so much fun! I love every chance I get to be with her!

My mom and dad are officially done with their mission for the summer! They are planning on going back in the spring, but for now they are home. It was fun that she could come to the temple and lunch with us! I loved being with her and Addie. My heart felt at home!
Barbara and Roseann and I have been planning this trip to the Manti Temple for a little while. Barbara has wanted to do a session there since she went to the open house. Roseann and her mother have never been there before. It worked out perfectly to go up and celebrate Adelah's birthday!
The temple workers gave us a tour of the staircase and the Priesthood room and some of the sealing rooms. It's a beautiful temple. Roseann got to sit in on a sealing and was able to be the proxy for the mom. We tried to go to lunch in Spring City at the Das Cafe, but it was closed, so we ended up at Roy's. I had one of the most special experiences at the temple. It was so beautiful. I'm so grateful I got to go! The Manti Temple is fun, because with all of the changes, the temples don't change rooms or do live sessions anymore. Although, it wasn't a live session, we still got to move rooms, and its such a cool experience. If you haven't ever done, I think you should try it, at least once! I love it and it helps me stay awake. Which is a good thing.
